Meet Greg

Hi, I’m Greg Burwell, and I’ve been passionate about health and wellness for over twenty-five years. My journey began after overcoming a serious illness, which led me to transform my lifestyle through diet and movement. Since then, I’ve made it my mission to help others find their own path to health.

 

At ZeroSweatFitness, I invite you to see health and fitness in a whole new way. Forget the gym membership. Forget the need to “go hard or go home.” Our approach is designed for real people living real lives—especially women—for whom conventional exercise and high-intensity workouts may not fit or feel inviting.

 

ZeroSweatFitness encourages you to simply move more in your everyday life—no gym required, and absolutely no sweating necessary. As someone who has earned multiple personal training certifications, developed wellness programs for organizations like SRMC, and produced fitness TV shows (*Video Fitness Journal*, *On The Go With Flo Jo*, and *Fitness Factor*), I’ve seen firsthand that consistent, gentle movement can be incredibly powerful.

 

I believe that fitness should be accessible, supportive, and most importantly, tailored to your life. If the thought of the gym makes you uncomfortable, or if you just want to feel better without pressure, ZeroSweatFitness is for you.

 

When I’m not finding new ways to make wellness simple, I love to travel and go bike riding.
